Shipping rates

At this point we only supply products within New Zealand and all rates are in New Zealand dollars

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.

Orders over $200 receive free shipping

Delivery time:

All shipments are made through NZ Post Haste and generally take 1-3 working days. All orders must be signed for upon delivery therefore we cannot ship to a Post Office box.

Insurance

Fifth Avenue Menswear insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. We aim to have your order to you within 7 days.
