Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and "Confirmed” and the payment process has been completed, your order cannot be cancelled. If you have any concerns you can contact us or refer to our Returns Policy.

Returns Policy

You may return goods to us within 7 days of receipt (or maximum of 14 days from date of order) for an exchange - providing they have not been worn and are in original resalable condition. This does not include the cost of shipping. To process a return please email your invoice # and the reason for your return to returns@fifthave.co.nz, you will be sent instructions on how to return along with a return ID number.
